TaoSage Pro: one 12-month access term per purchase. Your personal unlock link arrives in the daily energy email; activation is instant. The subscription can be cancelled and does not auto-renew — when your term ends you simply decide whether to renew.
Digital goods are delivered instantly, so by completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that EU/UK 14-day withdrawal rights do not apply once delivery is complete.
5. Refunds
Because digital readings are delivered instantly and are unique to your birth data, all sales are final. If something is wrong — you did not receive your report, or you believe there was an error — email support@taosage.ai within 14 days and we will make it right (re-send, correct, or refund). Refund disputes on Payhip are governed by Payhip's payment terms.
6. Pro follow-up questions
Book of Life includes three follow-up questions answered by email; Pro includes unlimited questions via your unlock link. Answers are AI-assisted cultural reflections under section 2 — never a substitute for professional advice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service: no automated scraping of paid content, no attempts to circumvent rate limits or access controls, no resale of readings.
8. Age
18+ only. By using the service you confirm you are an adult.
9. Intellectual property
Reports are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may keep, print and share your own reading with friends, but not republish or resell the service's content or software.
10. Availability & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaoSage is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
